With Bird Fest this weekend (which I sadly can’t attend), it’s time to play Bird Quest! This fun scavenger hunt-style game sent Mom and me zipping around Sequim to find 20 ceramic bird sculptures made by the Sequim High School art students, hidden in 20 local businesses.

We’ve had a fun time shopping, browsing and eating out. We’ve still got a few more to check off the list, a few in places I haven’t been yet. But since Bird Quest runs until the end of the month, we’ve got time. Here are some of the ones we’ve found.

No, I’m not telling you which bird is in which store – you’re on your own for the scavenger hunt.

Stop at any of the businesses listed below to pick out a game card, fill it out (you only need to find 15 of the 20) and turn in the game card by noon on April 30. They’ve got some great prizes, and don’t forget to vote for your favorite for the People’s Choice award.
